GLPI Agent updates move the computer back to default entity

Hello. We need help with the following issue:

We upgraded a GLPI. Afaik, it had a previous 10.0.x version, before of that a 9.x version, and, probably, the database is even older than that.

After upgrade to 10.0.12 we added GLPI Inventory and started working... then the issue appeared. We inventoried some all computers, then assigned to their respective subentities; but when GLPI Agent sends data to update inventory, GLPI moves the device back to default entity. We also see how it edits some components of the computer, too. We also while we move the computer back to the intended entity, it edit components again.

We upgraded the whole code to 10.0.16, butthe issue persists.

We removed GLPI Inventory plugin, then reinstalled, but the issue persists.

We tested by locking the entity field (we had to do it by SQL) and the issue persists.

We are lost at that to do at this point, and we cannot just reinstall the GLPI instance, because we need the ticket history.
