Is there any way to use fusion in version 10.0.16 of glpi?

Do you mean the plugin or the agent?
You should be using the native inventory functionality in GLPI 10 for the collection of inventory data. You can use the GLPI Agent which is the direct replacement for the FI Agent, or continue using the FI Agent until you can uninstall it and install GLPI Agent. For advanced tasls like deployments, you can use the GLPI Inventory plugin which is the direct replacement for the Fusion plugin (except the inventory part which is now in GLPI itself).
