Missing Button New Ticket for this item in Certificates

hope you're doing well
I'm sorry to bother you with this question but I Couldn't find any related article in this forum, nor google or maybe I'm using the wrong words for the search.

I'm running GLPI 10.0.16 and I'm trying to create a ticket from a Certificate.
Unfortunately, there is no button available - it just says no tickets found

Is there somewhere a place where I should add/create this link between tickets and certificates ? Would you mind to explain how to proceed?

Add Certificate as a type of item that can be added to tickets for your profile (Administration > Profiles > Your profile > Assistance tab).
