Organization is not displayed

Hello.
I have a problem.
I create a subordinate organization, it appears in the list of organizations, and it is also visible in the search filters. But it is not in the organization selection field in the upper right corner, called via ctrl+alt+e
What am I doing wrong?

Consider updating to the latest bugfix version of 10.0. We fixed multiple issues with entities in versions after 10.0.11. Basically, the cache GLPI keeps of the entity structure wasn't being updated properly when entities were being created/updated/deleted.
As a workaround, you can clear the GLPI server cache.

In debug mode:
Go to Setup > General > Performance tab and click the reset button under the User Data Cache section

In CLI in the GLPI folder running as the same user as your web server (www-data for example):
bin/console cache:clear
