How can I include the GLPI Entity in the URL

Hello,

At our organization we have multiple GLPI entities and end-users have access to each of these entities which are controlled by different departments.

However, there is an issue of when a user clicks a direct link to a ticket that is not in the entity they currently have selected, then it gives them an error of "You don't have permission to perform this action." But they can view it once they switch entities.

How can I include a parameter in the URL that switches entities automatically?

You can't. Maybe it can be done with a custom plugin, but nothing exists currently.
