Add all my users with self-service profile to new entities

All my users are configure to use internal database to log in.
I juste create two new entities
All my users dont have authorization to the root entity
How can I add all my users with self service profile to my two new entities.
I dont want to do it one at a time.
Is it possible

Sure -- you can look at authorization assignment rules for achieving this. (under Administration -> Rules)

One approach could be:
Criteria:
- Global Criteria: Authentication Type -> Authentication on GLPI database
Actions:
- Entity: Assign -> Your Entity
- Profiles: Assign -> Self-Service

Just play around with this a little bit and take a look at the documentation on rules
