Plugins Doubt

Hello, someone know if is posible to configurate the priority of plugins for example i have 1 plugin that add 2 extra fields in my tickets form and when the tickes is created add that data into the data base (custom table) , im developing one plugin that send notification to whatsapp but i need the data from the extra fields when i make the query doesnt get the data, i think that is because both plugins (the thirdparty one and mine) are activated when a ticket is created so when i make the query to reach the data from the plugin table this dont give me the info because the insert query is executed after my plugin?. idk how this works if exist a priority or both plugins execute at the same time (if this is the case there is a way to delay my plugin execution?) thanks.

Plugins typically get loaded in alphabetical order, although I don't think this is guaranteed and I have some doubts that there is an issue with the load order because of the various pre/post hooks that GLPI offers which lets you run code at the right time in the add/update process for example.

Without knowing which plugins you are talking about and being able to look at the code/test the plugins, I can't help anymore.
