Ticket planned task no reminder option

Hello,

I have the problem that I dont have a reminder option for a planned task in a ticket anymore or when I added the task in the calendar. We use GLPI 10.0.10 if you found a answer to this problem please let me know.

Okay update I had it back then the option vanished again and now its back any ideas ?
