Hello,
I have a problem where email follow ups send notifications back to the receiver.
Our users create tickets via email, we (technicians) add a public follow up on the web interface for which the user receives an email notification, the user replies to the notification and that creates a new follow up in the ticket, the problem is that this last follow up also sends a notification back to the user, whitch shouldnt happen, because they are receiving a notification of their own message.
I believe a fix to that would be for anonymous follow ups to be created as private, but i havent been able to find the code that does this.
Any ideas?

Bringing this back to life, because we have exactly the same problem. Is there a solution meanwhile??
