Notification when a field changes (Additional Fields)

There are tickets in a certain category. In these tickets, additional fields were created using the "Additional Fields" plugin.
For example, "Yes/No" is an additional field.

Please tell me, is it possible to somehow configure the receipt of notifications via email when these additional fields are changed?
