Requesters problem

Hi guys, I have glpi 10.0.10 and I have a problem with ticket requesters. Configure it so that it appears empty from the formcreator and from the tool itself, but when someone uploads a ticket, even if everything is configured, that person continues to appear and sometimes even brings the group.

Has this happened to anyone or know anything about it?
