Tracking URL in E-mail

I did some tweaking and moving around of files on the web server and seem to have created an issue regarding the Tracking URL at the top of every ticket e-mail.  Whenever I click it I get a blank page.

I caused the problem by moving the GLPI files to the root of my apache box after install.  Everything works great except for that piece of the system.  Where do I need to go to edit the base URL?

Currently is http://helpdesk/glpi/install/index.php?redirect=tracking_23

Needs to be http://helpdesk/index.php?redirect=tracking_23

You have to change this in you configuration/notification "menu"
