I am trying to setup our maintenance department in GLPI. I have a form setup that will assign maintenance requests to a group called "GLPI - Grounds and Maintenance". I have add my maintenance staff to a new profile called "Grounds and Maintenance".
The goal is for users to fill out the simple online form in GLPI, have this form assign the request to our maintenance department and when the maintenance staff sign into GLPI they only can see requests that has been assigned to the group that they are a member of.
What I am having trouble with is when I try impersonating one of my maintenance staff I cannot see my test maintenance request that is assigned to them. What have I missed?

I think I figured it out. I needed to change the profiles interface to standard and then I could go to assistance, tickets and enabled the ability to see assigned group tickets.
