HELP It does not collect or send emails automatically.

Hello everyone and thank you for the help you provide.

The automatic process of collecting and sending mail to generate requests has stopped working.

If you enter the program or force it manually it works.

The server where we have the GLPI hosted is a Windows Server 2012 R2 and the GLPI version is 10.0.14.
