Move Ticket into Open Project

Hello,

my company uses open projects for bigger things now i wanted to implement a move to openproject prompt, like the create new ticket prompt when you click the 3 dots next to a reply. Even if nobody has any idea how to do that is it possible to even create a new menu point there and then give it code to execute on click ?
