Rules for adding tags

Hello!

Guys, I need to add a tag (Plugin Tag) through the ticket rules.

The rule is validated in the tests, I have already tried to put as criteria by group, location and category and other criteria, but without success. The tag is not added.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Opening the ticket without going through the formcreator plugin worked.

Does anyone know how to adjust it? So that this rule works when the ticket is opened by formcreator?
