Timezone usage has not been activated. (Docker)

New user. HIGHLY impressed so far!

I have the message below showing in Setup > General > Default Values

**Timezone usage has not been activated. Run the "php bin/console database:enable_timezones" command to activate it.**

The instruction is straight forward enough however I installed using Docker and I do not believe I am able to run this command outside of the container.

You should be able to run this command within the Synology Command promt I believe

I am not using Synology, just a Debian server.

Too hard. Scraped docker and rebuilt using git. All working now.
