Ticketsystem/Ticketing: Signature / Picture Problem

Hello everyone

When replying by e-mail to automatically generated e-mails from GLPI and the e-mail contains a signature,
the signature or picture is displayed oversized. (I think the original size of the picture)

Is it possible to fix this problem somehow?
if it is necessary, I can also add an example picture.

Install the "Ticket Cleaner" plugin.
Then copy all the images that need to be deleted to /www/html/glpi/plugins(marketplace)/ticketcleaner/pictures/


Linux ubuntu-22.04.2-live-server-amd64, PHP 8.1.2, Apache 2.4.52, MariaDB 10.6.12, GLPI 10.0.15.
GLPI Inventory 1.3.5, PHP SAML 1.3.0,  Oauth IMAP 1.4.3, Additional Fields, 1.21.8,Ticket Cleaner.

I have already installed Ticket Cleaner, which would be the solution for the signatures - but if a customer creates a ticket including screenshots,
for example, they are oversized and using this solution for every screenshot or attachment would be too much in the long run.

Are there any other solutions here?
Can a TicketCleaner filter possibly even handle this?
