Hello,
I've just made a test GLPI installation to check if it'll fit my requirements.
I want to create a new case from incoming emails, so I've configured receiver (with a cron job to check e-mail every 1 minute, because GLPI internal cron didn't worked at all).
The problem is that when I send test email onto receiver e-mail it's automatically going to the "Refused" folder, despite having a Rule for assigning a ticket created through an email receiver (just a generic one at root level - criteria: Subject Email header -> regular expression matches -> /.*/ with action to assign it to root entity) - and nothing works, still it goes to the Rejected folder.
My goal is to have different Entities, and multiple receivers, so email received on A@example.com receiver will create ticket on "A" entity, and email sent to B@example.com receiver will bind it to "B" entity.
Am I missing something?

"Thanks" for help.
The issue was the Allow anonymous followups (receiver) option not enabled in Setup -> General -> Assistance.
