Missing Timezone after Update to 10.0.12

Hello,

we are running several instances of glpi 10 on Windows Server.

One of the instances has a problem with timezones since update to 10.0.12

All tickets now have a presetted creation-time one hour ahead.

Under setup -> general -> default values -> timezone
there is an error message:    Timezone usage has not been activated. Run the "php bin/console database:enable_timezones" command to activate it.

we tried this but it doesn't work: timezones seem not to be loaded.


The other instances of glpi are already on 10.0.15 and all is working fine, but they have a different configuration
Under setup -> general -> default values -> timezone: use server configuration


How can we change the setting of timezone to "use server configuration" on the faulty server?


Additional Info: on all servers the timezone tables in mariadb are empty.

Addition: the faulty Server is the one which wa upgraded from Release 9 to 10 earlier, the correct Servers started with Release 10.

We solved it by importing timezone data from mariadb into the database and activating timezone with "php bin/console database:enable_timezones".
