Creating new unit

Hello
It may be a dumb question but i have a problem with managing units

Currently i have only 1 unit - Main Unit
I'd like to create a new one, i need it to run other department's cases.

Can anybody tell me how to create new unit?
F.E. it will be named "Technicans" and it should be 2 units - Main Unit and Techincans Unit.

I dont need group of privileges for technicans - i know how to manage them to allow tickets closing etc. i need a new separated unit
