BUG - Project notification tag

Hello,

for the project notification templates you can customize it by yourself.
The Problem is if you want to show the update in detail by this field:
-> ##project.log.content##
it generate code for HTML automaticly, like this:
-> Change <del>New (1)</del> to <ins>Processing (2)</ins>
The raw HTML in the EMail looks like this:
-> Change &lt;del&gt;New (1)&lt;/del&gt; to &lt;ins&gt;Processing (2)&lt;/ins&gt;

please fix this parsing error.
