Hello,
i had a question how can you set a "reminder" for your ticket for example you have to wait for a supplier who sends something in 10 days how can i make it so that after those 10 days you get an email that is just like hey your timer is up work on this ticket.

You could add a planned task to the ticket (private or not) with a reminder. That will add it to your GLPI planning calendar which can be synced with your calendar/email app.

Hey i found everything and got it working but on our prod system i dont have the option to set a reminder even as super-admin any ideas ?
