Hello, I am preparing an instance of GLPI 10.0.15 where we are going to attend to tickets between different areas of the company for which we create the following entity structure.
ROOT
'-> DIGITAL AREA
'-> MANAGEMENT
'-> SYSTEMS
'-> Infrastructure
'-> Support
'-> Security
I need that with only 1 user profile a technician can carry out any management with his tickets in the "Support" entity and can transfer the tickets to the other entities but he should not have any privileges over the other entities if possible, I just need him to be able to transfer.

I think I found the way through the permissions in the user's profile, selecting the following options.
TICKETS
_ See my ticket
_Create
_Delete
_ See group ticket
_ See assigned
_ Assign
_Steal
_ Assigned tickets
In conjunction with the activation of the groups that I want the technician to have, he will only see the tickets that correspond to him even though he has all the entities enabled recursively from the ROOT.
