There is no way currently to hide these options without modifying the code.
The related file is "templates/layout/parts/user_header.html.twig" in GLPI 10.
You can change the help URL in Setup > General > General setup if you wish to do that instead of completely hiding the option.

Hi there, I've updated both "Simplified interface help link" & "Standard interface help link" fields in Setup > General > General setup with our organization's help URL but GLPI insists in showing its own FAQ system (Search, Browse tabs).
Any idea why?
