Category sort order

The default sort order of categories is "Alphabetical"

For better Assistance usage, I would like to customize the Category sort order, how can I do this?

How it is:
-Backups
- - Loren ipsum A
- - Loren ipsum B

- Development
- - New App
- - Request new feature

- Hardware
- - Computer
- - Printer

- Software
- - Software A
- - Software B
- - Software C
- - Software D

- User Accounts
- - New user
- - permissions

How I would Like:
- Hardware

You can't.
Consider using the Form Creator plugin if you want to create a different user-experience to create tickets (this will be a native feature in GLPI 11).

This is the question, I was avoiding using Form-Creator. When upgrading, I will probably have to re-do everything
