[SOLVED] Right panel of ticket is empty

I couldn't find a solution on the forum according to my logs. For some reason, sometimes all the tool panels are shifted down. This is browser independent. Obviously glpi creates a web page crookedly.

Can you please tell me if this error could be somehow related? From the logs I don’t even understand what the problem could be.

Further tests showed that this is due to the date format.
If in my personal settings I select the date format DD-MM-YYYY, then this bug disappears.

The bug exists only in admin profiles. For users everything is displayed correctly.

Please tell me what can be fixed so as not to get this bug with the date format MM-DD-YYYY?

For the date issue (and maybe the UI one too), you need to update GLPI.
The date issue has been fixed since 10.0.11.

We can't update yet... can you please provide a link to fix this bug, or any other option... or where else can I look for information?

Not sure about the UI. I don't recall a specific pull request to fix a UI issue like this.

Also, the error when generating the Ticket WEB interface disappeared from the PHP logs. So everything looks correct and should work!
