Windows agent is shutdown but in dashboard no alert

I have installed latest version of GLPI and installed agent in Windows server for which it go discovered and showing in computers. However currently the server is down and in GLPI dashboard there is no alert of its reachability or error or status being unknown. How to check in Dashboard whether the agent is reachable or active ??

If the agent on the server contacted GLPI at least once and the agent got linked to the computer in GLPI inventory, there should be an inventory information section on the main tab of the Computer form. It should initially say the agent status is unknown. If you click the refresh button next to that status, GLPI will try to contact the agent on the computer to check its status.

GLPI doesn't continually monitor the agents. It would potentially be a big task, and maybe not suited for a web server which typically responds to requests rather than acts as a long-running process. A purpose-built monitoring solution (like Nagios, Icinga, etc) may be better for checking the reachability of servers.
