Good morning,
I'm facing problem (GLPI 10.0.13), we have client which is using GLPI too, and its not possible to create tickets in each other system by email.
Is there any recommendations how to deal with this issue? Emails from other GLPI being refused, I guess thats for loop detection.
Hoping to hear other user workarounds for these type of scenarious.
I have to use API?
