Problem with Merge Tickets

Hi,
I have a problem with Merge as Followup.
If I checks two tickets.

I get a message:

Failed operation
(0 authorizations problems, 1 failures)
: Error on executing the action

Which version of GLPI?
Do you have any entries in the GLPI log files (files/_log) around the time of the issue?

I had version 10.0.12 and I thought it was a problem,
but yesterday I upgraded to 10.0.14 and it's the same.

No new log in /files/_log
