Approval request to requester group manager - NOT WORKING!..

Hello,
I have created a rule ( Rules->Business rules for tickets) that should work, provided that the right category is selected.
BUT it doesn't work

Criteria: Category - AAA Test
Actions: Approval request to requester group manager,  Action type (Send), Value (Yes)
______

Does not send the initiator's group manager for approval. There is no agreement in the ticket.

Please help me understand what the problem is.

Version GLPI: 10.0.14
