Tickets / Tasks

Is it possible to create / assign tasks off of a ticket?

For example:

New Hire process. (ticket)
create AD account (task)
create exchange mailbox (task)
assign MFA token (task)
Assign application rights (task)
etc.
etc.

This is not a project, this is a simple ticket / multi task scenario.
