More granular recurring ticket rules

Is it possible to set more granular rules for recurring tickets? Such as 'first Tuesday of the month', 'every Wednesday', etc.?

My best solution was to create a calendar with only Tuesday and make the periodicity 1 month with a start date on the first of the month. I'll update if that strategy doesn't work out.
