Change status of ticket to Pending when adding new Answer/Follow up

Dear all,

I would like to set up/change the automation of ticket's status as following:
- Currently, when users add new answer/follow up to a pending ticket, it is change to Processing automatically
- I would like to make it keeps Pending status (without change to Processing anymore)

Can anyone can help me on this?

I think this should be done manually.
