Ticket - task

Hello,

I have created new task template ,but on task creation that "new" template  is not selected and there are no options anywhere for choosing default template for tasks. (there is for anything else ticket,problem, change).
Is there any way to do it , and i do not want to use rules cos that will create task every time which is not needed ?

2nd. In task template is there any way to hide some fields and set time to "now" as we can setup in tickets ?

3rd. Has anything changed regards order of actions in ticket ; Answer,Task,Solution,Document, Validation to TASK (1st) and then the rest ? Modifiying php file is not an option for now cos some update can wipe changes ...
