Blank screen when saving ticket

When editing a ticket, and adding the equipment (notebook/desktopp/software), clicking "add" and when saving, there is a blank screen and not saved. Could anyone help?

Please check the GLPI logs in the files/_log folder.

Which version of GLPI are you using, and do you have any plugins enabled?

I had updated from version 10.0.1 to 10.0.12, and got this "BUG".
I reinstalled the 10.0.12 , and imported the data I needed (tickets, users, logs, devices, etc.) and it worked without problems.

Hi All,

I getting the same error after updating the plugin "Additional Fields" to the latest version (1.21.8). Disabling the plugin, the issue not occur. GLPI 10.0.14 version.

@smarquesrafael how do you export/import the data?
