Hello, I'm experiencing a problem with reducing the number of priority levels in GLPI 10. When I modify the priority calculation matrix in General > Assistance to result in three priorities (low, medium, and high), an unexpected fourth priority level (critical) appears in the ticketing system. Similarly, if I adjust the matrix to include only two priorities (for example, low and medium), I end up with three priorities (low, medium, and critical) displayed. Why am I unable to remove the critical priority level?
