Cannot access trought SSH

hi,

I have my GLPI server virtualized in VMWARE and converted it to Hyper-V, now I needed to access it via SSH to change the network settings.
But I can't access it via SSH, I'm using the glpi user, I can access the GLPI administration via browser, but I can't access it via SSH.
Is it necessary to activate any functionality?

The linux users don't have any reason to mach with the GLPI users.

So, there it will be another user to login to SSH?
There is any chance to recover login?
