How to generate intervention reports?

Hello everyone

I am running GLPI 10.0.5.
In a company we use FASTFIELD which allows us to generate intervention reports in the form of FORMS, we can attach photos and also have the customer sign at the end of the form on the touchscreen of a tablet or smartphone. I could be wrong but I have the impression that the GLPI plugin called Form Creator can generate reports with the desired fields but does not offer to attach photos or have the customer and the technician sign.

I may have looked wrong, do you know if it is possible to do that with this plugin or even another?
If not, do you know of any open source software that offers it?

The goal is to eliminate paper reports for clients and move everything digital.
