Glpi-agent (log no target defined, aborting)

Hello,
I deployed the agent using a gpo with a startup script as following : /i /quiet "\\(MYLOCATION)\Agent_GLPI$\GLPI-Agent-1.6.1-x64.msii" RUNNOW=1 ADD_FIREWALL_EXCEPTION=1 EXECMODE=1 SERVER="http://(Companie's server)/glpi"

it installs normally but when i check the log i find the error : No target defined,aborting.
and when i check the service with a command line "sc query glpi-agent" it gives me this output : C:\Users\myusername>sc query glpi-agent

SERVICE_NAME: glpi-agent

        WIN32_EXIT_CODE    : 0  (0x0)

I don't know what went wrong here
if u have encountered the same problem or if u know how to fix it  plz enlighten me
