GLPI-agent after upgrade

After upgrade glpi (from 8 to 10) There is a problem with the snmp polling of devices, at the same time, information from glpi-agent accept correctly.

There is an error in the task: The agent requests a configuration that has already been sent to it by the server. Most likely, a critical error occurred with the agent. If I'm start request from commandline, I'm see answer from device:

The information received hints that the survey is taking place, which means that the received data is not being transmitted.

Question_1:

How is it possible to debug a task? Should I enable an additional or extended log? Right now I don't see any error messages in the standard /var/log

Question_2:

How can I force the survey task? Yes, there is a "boost" button, but a message appears that the start is scheduled for. How do I start a task "now"?
