Hi there,
My problem involves creating a business rule in GLPI with specific criteria:
- the ticket type must be "incident"
- the status must be "resolved"
- "Last Modification" field is greater than 5 days
For this last rule, which involves checking if the "Last Modification" field is greater than 5 days, do you have any ideas on how to accomplish it?
