Custom field with backlink

Hi.

I have created a custom field "Supplier" on the Software object type, so when I open up a Software object I get a field where I can select a supplier (from our list of Suppliers in GPLI).

Now when I open up the Supplier object, I'd like there to be a tab named "Software", with backlinks to all Software objects where the supplier is set. Exactly the same way Tickets and Contracts are linked together, and many other object types.

Is it possible to create a custom field in this way?
