Filtering unanswered tickets >x days / private replies

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if someone could advice me on two filters I would like to add to our GLPI.
This might be something really easy, but I couldn't figure it out.

The first one is: I would like to add a search filter that shows me every ticket that hasn't been replied to in x days, or tickets that took more than 5 days to reply to.
So for example it should show tickets that were created on monday but it took until friday or longer for somebody to reply to it.

The other case is: I'd like to find tickets where there hasn't been a public reply, visible to the ticket creator, for more than x number of days.

A nice extra would be a third solution to filter tickets where the same reply has just been copy pasted over and over again.
