Hi guys!
We have upgraded our version from GLPI 9.5 to version 10.0.12. With it, we discontinued the use of the FusionInventory plugin and migrated to GLPI Inventory. However, we are experiencing difficulties with some remote inventories or even checking the status of requests on the Actives > Computers list:
The Agent Status and Request Inventory options do not work on some Windows machines. And when we click on the refresh button, the status remains as "Unknown" permanently.
Any tips or step-by-step instructions on what to check on the machine with an agent? Or even server configuration?

Is it possible that incoming traffic on that port (62354 by default I think) is being blocked by Windows firewall on the client computers?
