Search plugin or other to track repair

Hi,

I'm looking for a plugin or other solution to track/follow all the repair of an equipment.
For example, I'm looking for something that will allow me to easily see all the repair done on a screen (display replacement, mother board change, ...) and get stats on this.

Do you know a plugin or a way to get this informations ?
