Since yesterday I have been having a problem with sending glpi emails when I close a case or when they open one, I try to send it manually and it doesn't work either, it stays in the "In process of execution" state, I already reviewed the cron and it's fine, no I know what else to check

open "queudnotifications" automatic action and click on the x near "In process of execution" this should reset status to scheduled

Thanks for responding, I already did it and waited for the crontab to do its thing and send the emails, but when the automatic action was executed again, it remained in the execution process again, could they be the logs?
Although I have 11488, I already debugged the others, it's strange, some problem with PHP maybe?

11488 queued notifications ??? quite a lot, it might take time and next scheduled task might be triggered before the previous is completed.

I would first :
use mass action to send 200 notifications ( administration>queued notifications) (6 times should be enough)
or delete some old notifications that are anymoer usefull

then check again

The 11488 are logs, however I already did what you told me, and it remains the same, something new is that when I press x to remove the message and it gives me the option to execute the task manually, when I click on run now, it should reload the page without any problem, I get a problem in which it says that the page does not work, the strange thing is that the rest of the automatic actions when I do the same if it works normally it only happens with this

I think it has to do with the file glpi/front/crontask.form.php, since when I click on run now and I get the error the page is to the path it tells me, but I check the file and everything is normal.

If you run

cat /var/log/glpi/php-errors.log

(my log files are stored outside of the GLPI directory so you may need to change the path to match your system) do you see any errors?

I think they are all different texts but they lead to the same thing, it is the first time I see this type of mistake.

One of the recent GLPI 10 versions made defining relationships between database tables more strict than they were before and at least one defined by the OCS plugin isn't compliant anymore. It is something they need to fix and I am pretty sure this was reported a while ago on their GitHub.
