Hello everyone,
My name is Manuel and i'm actually french IT manager of a company.
Actually, we use GLPI for ticketting of our coworkers when there is a bug/issue a client saw in our software.
But we want to enhance it and doing some things :
- For every ticket, our coworkers can select the concerned clients (we have ~700)
- For every ticket, our coworker can select the concerned users of this client
- For every user, a mail adress is link to
- When a ticket is create, the user receive a mail
But i'm a kind of stuck in this situation ahah, don't know how to do ?
Any idea ?
