We have implemented LimeSurvey as a satisfaction survey system. By default, GLPI allows you to pass the following tags as the ticket ID, which works great.
Additionally, by default, GLPI allows the following tags to be integrated.
[TICKET_ID] [TICKET_NAME] [TICKET_CREATEDATE] [TICKET_SOLVEDATE] [REQUESTTYPE_ID] [REQUESTTYPE_NAME] [TICKET_PRIORITY] [TICKET_PRIORITYNAME] [TICKETCATEGORY_ID] [TICKETCATEGORY_NAME] [TICKETTYPE_ID] [TICKETTYPE_NAME] [SOLUTIONTYPE_ID] [SOLUTIONTYPE_NAME] [SLA_TTO_ID] [SLA_TTO_NAME] [SLA_TTR_ID] [SLA_TTR_NAME] [SLALEVEL_ID] [SLALEVEL_NAME]
We also want to extract the ID of the technician to whom the ticket has been assigned, and the name of the entity that opened the ticket. Is this possible? Is there a way to do it?

Only the tags listed are supported. No new tags can be added without changing the GLPI code.
