How to change GLPI database access configuration?

I have a mariadb database installed on a server and now I want to change to another server with new credentials, how do I perform this action?

dump  your DB and restore on the new server;
set credentials;
update  glpi/files/_config/config_db.php  (or /etc/glpi/config_dp.php) with new credentials and host
